Meet Mrs. Tran

You enter the room and introduce yourself: 

"Hi Mrs. Tran, it's nice to meet you.  What brings you in today?"  

"I just found out last week that my older brother was diagnosed with liver cancer. He was healthy and never drank alcohol, so it was a shock to all of us, but the doctors think that it was chronic Hepatitis B that caused his cancer. I don't think I have ever been tested for Hepatitis B - should I be worried?" 

"I'm really sorry to hear about your brother Mrs. Tran. Can I ask you some more questions to get a better understanding of your health history before we determine what tests, if any, you might need?"
