Help desks: which one to call?

One of the challenges of working here in Module 1 is that there are multiple systems.

It can be hard to know which Help Desk to call. 

• For problems with AHS machines, call 403.310.3111
• For problems with Sunrays, call 1.866.979.6081
• For problems with MedAccess, call 1.866.979.6081
  • They will need your site name ("calunh") and your username (what you login with on the second screen)
• For Netcare, call 403.310.3111
• For UCIT, call 403 220 5555
