You recently had 3 weeks off before starteing the Winter semester. During this time you slept-in, spent time with family and friends, and received a Starbucks card from your family for successfully completing the Winter term. You also worked a couple of shifts at your part-time job so you can pay for your tuition.

You just began Term 4 in the nursing program and are feeling like you didn’t even have a break. The balance on your Starbucks card is $0 and you have picked up a few extra shifts at work to pay for some additional caffeine.

The following scenario explores your thoughts about scheduling more frequent breaks during each semester.
