On Examination: BP 100/60, pulse 96/min regular Temperature: 36.8 C O₂saturation: 98% on air chest clear heart sounds normal abdomen soft, nontender, no organomegally neurological exam: generalised muscle wasting, increased tone and weakness in keeping with a diagnosis of MS
