S: P₁ -Medial aspect of (L) knee

Intermittent ache. PPI = 0/10 – 6/10

Worse with WB, walking (2-3 mins) and becomes sharp with climbing stairs

Relieved with rest (NWB for 5 mins) and meds

Doctor said that she was overweight and needed to lose weight to help with condition.
