You ask about the neonatal period and find out that she was in hospital for 3 months, on a ventilator for 3 weeks. She has not been seen in the clinic since discharge.You ask about the home situation, and find out that things are difficult, and have been so since her partner left her 9 months ago. She has a boyfriend, but it is nothing serious.
