History

Tara has made an appointment to see you because she has been feeling unwell for the last 10 days. Her main complaint is of fever and lethargy. She has felt too unwell to go to work at the magazine where she is a journalist.

On direct questioning Tara tells you she has been nauseated but has not had any diarrhoea. She is breathless, especially when walking and has had a dry cough. She has also had a headache for the last couple of days.
