Examine her back

You make the following observations:

• She has marked tenderness over her lower thoracic spine.

• Range of movement is near-normal and seems to be limited by pain.

• Femoral stretch and Straight leg raise tests are negative bilaterally.

• Tone and Power are normal throughout.

• Reflexes are normal and plantars downgoing.

• Sensation in legs and saddle distribution is normal.
