Force a secondary window on top

Sometimes the user will leave a popup window open and then when it is called again, it will remain hidden behind the main window. 

2nd node Info called directly and given focus -- click on the icon:

However, calling it with the simpler onclick method given on the parent page seems to work just as well, without using the focus trick. Ah, that only applies to Chrome. In Firefox, you need the focus trick.
