Language independent cases

Of course, you don't have to use language at all to create a meaningful and useful case.

There are well known sets of international symbols for airports and other international travel zones. eg. https://www.aiga.org/resources/symbol-signs

And what about situtations in developing nations where there are minimal translation resources available or lower literacy rates?

We have made extensive use of imagemaps and interactive images in our virtual electronic medical record (EMR) series. We would be very interested in applying these same techniques to cases where the player can simply tap on symbols or images to indicate their choices.
