Interactive clinical images

Thanks to Luke Woodham at St George's University, London, we are now able to embed his Interactive Clinical Images tool within our cases.

For those in a hurry, the 10 second elevator pitch is that this allows the user to mark up an image, such as an x-ray, with what they think are the significant findings, and then compare their annotations with those of the expert.
