You know Gail well. She works in your office. This is going to be stressful, providing care to one of your friends and colleagues. But in a small town, you know half the people here anyway, so you are used to working on people you know well... but maybe not this well, or in Gail's case, this unwell.

You picture Gail as you saw her yesterday, chatting about the upcoming holidays, going shopping. You had asked her about clothes sizes because you want get her something for Christmas. She had told you that she is only a size 0 and 150cm tall. You silently mutter an imprecation, hoping that her petite frame is not too damaged. You try to estimate her weight in your head.
