Past Medical History

You explain to Emil that while your preceptor knows Emil's history and medical "story" quite well, you hope it's okay that you ask him a few background questions about his health history so that you can hear about this firsthand from him and to get to know him better.

"Sure, ask your questions. I just have a bit of high blood pressure, and a skin cancer on my nose. They told me not to worry about it after it was removed. It's not the bad kind of skin cancer."
