Cardiorespiratory Exam

Decreased Air Entry bilaterally but no signs of focal consolidation on exam. Cardiac exam was also unremarkable today. 

Learning Point: This probably won't add much to your diagnosis of this patient's new onset back pain, especially since he's not complaining of any chest pain or SOB. However, because he does have lung cancer, it is probably best to determine what his chest sounds like at this point.
