Having a bad day

Its Sunday morning and you're on call again (having also been on call on Friday and Saturday). You're feeling pretty tired as you get into the car to drive to work, and manage to scratch the side of the car on the gate on the way out. This doesn't help your mood.

You get to work and pick up the ward-cover house officer bleep from the night team. After a very brief handover you head to the wards.
